ScrollSense is an attention and focus app designed to help you rebuild your attention span and break the habit of endless scrolling. Instead of simply blocking apps, ScrollSense uses greyscale, short pauses and reminders to make scrolling less engaging and help you get back to what matters. **ATTENTION MODE** ScrollSense detects fast scrolling in supported short-video feeds and gives you a moment to pause, breathe and decide whether to continue. **FOCUS MODE** Set aside time for studying, work or personal goals. Schedule one-time or repeating focus sessions, choose distracting apps and set an app or website to return to your task. **SEE YOUR PROGRESS** View scrolling insights, scheduled focus time and daily app usage. Your eagle companion and weather-reactive backgrounds bring the experience to life. **PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS** Scrolling and focus history stay on your device. Choose a town or use device location for weather. ScrollSense uses Android Accessibility access to detect scrolling in selected apps and show pauses, reminders and visual effects. It does not store post or message content. You can disable Accessibility access in Android settings. Firebase supports sign-in and crash diagnostics. See our Privacy Policy for details.
