ScrollLight: Live Scroll Count

🌿 SEE YOUR SCROLL • See your scrolling in real time, set personal goals, and build healthier screen-time habits without losing sight of your progress. 🌿 HOW IT WORKS • ScrollLight is a scrolling tracker and social media tracker that monitors short-form video activity across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Snapchat Spotlight. See how many videos you've watched, how long you've been scrolling, and how you're doing against your daily goal with a simple on-screen counter and timer. 🌿 SET GOALS • Choose your own daily scrolling goal and decide which apps you want to track. Set social media limits and monitor your app usage so you can make more intentional choices about your screen time. 🌿 GROW YOUR GARDEN • Your progress becomes something you can see. Each day you stay within your goal helps your Garden grow, turning small changes in your scrolling into something visible and warm. 🌿 BUILD STRONGER BOUNDARIES • When you need more than a reminder, ScrollLight gives you the option to block an app after reaching your goal. Use the app blocker to create stronger boundaries around social media and short-form video. Pro adds stronger blocking and time-locked apps for users who want firmer boundaries around their scrolling. 🌿UNDERSTAND YOUR HABITS • See your scrolling history and insights over time. Pro gives you additional statistics to help you understand when and how you scroll. 🌿 PRIVACY COMES FIRST • ScrollLight uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect relevant activity within supported apps so that tracking, the on-screen overlay, limits and blocking can work. ScrollLight does not record or transmit the private content you view, and your activity data is stored locally on your device. 🌿 OVERALL • ScrollLight is a screen time tracker that helps you manage social media usage, set daily screen time goals, and become more aware of your short-form video habits. Track app usage, monitor your screen time, and build healthier boundaries around the apps you use most. If you notice any bugs, feel free to send in a report so our team can help you out!
