Screen Diary: Time Journal

Screen Diary turns your daily phone usage into a simple, honest journal entry — no guilt, no lectures, just awareness. HOW IT WORKS Every day, Screen Diary looks at how you actually used your phone — total screen time, your most-used apps, how many times you unlocked it — and turns it into a short, readable summary. Add your own note if you want, or just read and reflect. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Most screen time apps feel like a scolding parent. Screen Diary is built like a journal, not a punishment.
