Schoozie is the app your school runs on. Parents and school staff use the same app. You sign in with the Schoozie ID your school gives you, and the app opens on whatever your role needs. There is no sign-up here. Schools create the accounts. If you do not have a Schoozie ID yet, ask your school office. FOR PARENTS - Attendance. Whether your child was marked present today, and the full month behind it. - Homework. Every subject, with due dates and attachments. Submit work and read the teacher's remarks and marks. - Fees. What is due, what is paid, and pay online by UPI, card or net banking. Receipts stay in the app. - Results. Marks, grades and report cards, exam by exam. - Notices and messages. School notices and direct messages from teachers and the office, with an acknowledge button when the school asks for one. - School photo feed. Pictures from assembly, sports day and school events. - Timetable and calendar. Periods, exam dates, holidays and events. - Live bus tracking. Watch the bus on the map while it is on its way, stop by stop, when your school uses Schoozie transport. - Gate QR and pickup. Show a QR at the gate, and authorise someone else to collect your child for a day. - Library and hostel. Books issued, due dates, hostel details. - Ask Schoozie. An assistant that answers questions about your own child, in English or Hindi. "Was she present on Monday?" "How much fee is left?" It answers from your child's own record, built on your phone. Ask by voice, and have the answer read out. More than one child at the school? Switch between them with one tap. FOR SCHOOL STAFF Teachers, principals, librarians, accountants, exam cell, front office, general staff and bus crew sign in to the same app and land on their own home screen. - Teachers. Mark class attendance, post homework, enter marks, see your timetable and workload, apply for leave, generate a question paper. - Principals. Who is in school right now, staff and student absentees, approvals, fee reminders. - Librarians. Issue and return by scanning, overdue lists, fines and wallet. - Accountants. Collect fees, day book, dues, receipts. - Exam cell. Schedules, paper tasks, co-scholastic entries. - Front office. Admission enquiries and the admissions funnel. - Bus drivers and conductors. The day's roster, scan students on and off, and share the bus's live location with parents while a trip is running. - Everyone. Self check-in by QR or face, payslips, leave, notices, and your own QR ID card. BUILT FOR INDIAN SCHOOLS CBSE, ICSE and state boards. Fees follow Indian GST rules. Payroll follows TDS, PF, ESI and PT. Report cards print the way your board expects. PRIVACY Your school owns the records. Schoozie runs the software for the school. No ads. Nothing sold to anyone. Fee payments are handled by Razorpay, so Schoozie never sees your card or UPI credentials. The bus is tracked from the driver's or conductor's phone, and only between the start and the end of a trip. Your own phone's location is read only if you tap to confirm a drop-off at the stop, and only at that moment. You can ask for your account to be deleted from inside the app. Open More, then Delete my account. Your school completes the deletion, because your school holds the records.
