Scholar Track

Scholar Track is a simple attendance app for schools. Teachers mark their class in under a minute, and parents receive a WhatsApp message the moment attendance is submitted. IMPORTANT: Scholar Track is provided to teachers by their school. You need an account created by your school administrator to sign in. There is no individual sign-up. FOR TEACHERS - Mark your whole class Present, Absent or Late in a few taps - Mark everyone present at once, then change only the exceptions - See which students are already submitted and which changes are still pending - Send a short circular to every parent in your class: a PTM reminder, a holiday notice, an early dismissal - Open any student to see their attendance calendar for the month - Cover another class for the day when your principal assigns you as a substitute FOR PARENTS Parents install nothing. They get a WhatsApp message from the school on the number the school already has on record. FOR PRINCIPALS AND ADMINISTRATORS The web portal at admin.scholartrack.in shows every class, teacher and student in the school, with monthly attendance reports, CSV export for your records, substitute assignment, and the school holiday calendar. BUILT FOR INDIAN SCHOOLS - Works on low-cost Android phones and slow connections - Sign in with a one-time code. No passwords for teachers to forget - Your school's name and colours throughout the app - No advertising, and student data is never sold Scholar Track is a product of Klaversof Techsolutions LLP.
