Only the country and the issue name are needed to save. Everything else can be filled in whenever you know it. **THE PHOTOGRAPH IS THE RECORD** Front and back scans on every stamp, shown large. The back carries the watermark, the gum and any repairs. For a philatelist that is not a secondary image, it is half the record.
