SC Shipment Marine is the official field app for SC Group Thailand tug captains and crew. It replaces paper logs and phone calls with a single, guided workflow for every tug shipment — from the moment a job is assigned until it is complete. FOR CAPTAINS • My Jobs — see the shipments assigned to your tug, with vessel, berth, pilot and schedule details from the dispatcher. • 9-stage shipment timeline — clock in each stage (mobilise, departed, arrived, fast, let go, job complete and more) with one tap. Timestamps are recorded automatically; GPS position is captured on key stages. • Standby events — log standby start and end with the reason, so waiting time is tracked accurately against the job. • Pre-departure checklist — confirm safety and readiness items before you sail. • Photos and notes — attach photos and remarks to any stage or the job as a whole; they are filed directly against the shipment in the company document system. • Job summary — review the full timeline before closing the job. FOR CREW • Crew Jobs — see the work periods you were rostered on. • Confirm Work — check in and confirm your work periods so time records are complete without paperwork. BUILT FOR THE TUG • Simple, high-contrast screens designed for use on deck, in daylight and at night. • Works on the phones the company issues; sign in with your Employee ID and password. • Your role (captain or crew) is set by the dispatcher's crew assignment — the app shows only what applies to you. • Thai and English. WHO CAN USE THIS APP SC Shipment Marine is for SC Group Thailand employees only. An Employee ID and password issued by the company are required; there is no public sign-up. Data is transmitted securely to SC Group's internal systems. PERMISSIONS • Location — recorded only when you clock a shipment stage, to timestamp the position of the tug. • Camera / Photos — only when you choose to attach a photo to a stage or note.
