AlarmMessage gives authorized SCADAReach monitoring customers a clear mobile view of alarms for the sites assigned to their account. With AlarmMessage you can: • View active monitoring alarms • See the site and equipment associated with each alarm • Review alarm priority, details, and time • Acknowledge alarms • Review acknowledged and cleared alarms in History • Receive Android push notifications for new alarms from your assigned sites A SCADAReach monitoring service and a site assigned to your account are required. Creating an AlarmMessage account by itself does not create a monitoring site or alarm source. Contact your organization’s SCADAReach administrator for access. Notifications require permission and an internet connection. Delivery can be affected by device settings and connectivity. AlarmMessage supplements your existing monitoring procedures and is not a replacement for safety-critical alarm systems.
