SBZ Farm

Welcome to SBZ Farm, the ultimate Farm Management System (FMS) designed specifically to streamline, digitize, and optimize your entire poultry farming operation. Built for modern agricultural enterprises, SBZ Farm replaces outdated paper records and fragmented spreadsheets with a powerful, centralized mobile platform that gives you total visibility into your farm's performance, profitability, and daily operations. Whether you are a farm owner monitoring high-level analytics, a farm manager assigning daily tasks, a health officer logging medical treatments, or a sales officer tracking inventory, SBZ Farm provides dedicated, role-based access to ensure the right personnel have the exact tools they need to succeed. Comprehensive Module Breakdown: Egg Production & Harvesting Accurately track your daily egg collections across multiple pens. Our system allows you to record production by crates and individual pieces, calculate daily laying percentages, and identify underperforming flocks instantly. Historical data charts allow you to predict future yields and optimize your harvesting schedules. Bird Population & Mortality Management Maintain absolute precision over your livestock numbers. SBZ Farm allows farm attendants to log daily bird mortality rates, document the causes of death, and automatically adjust the active bird count per pen. This ensures your feed-to-bird ratios and expected production metrics are always calculated using real-time population data. Feed Inventory & Issuance Control Feed is the highest recurring cost in poultry farming. Our advanced inventory control module allows you to record new feed purchases, track vendor deliveries, and monitor daily feed issuance to specific pens. You can set up automated alerts to prevent stockouts, drastically reduce feed wastage, and maintain a strict chain of accountability for every bag of feed consumed. Health, Medication & Vaccination Protect the biosecurity of your flock with our comprehensive health module. Health officers can log scheduled vaccinations, maintain a strict inventory of medical supplies, and record detailed treatment histories for sick birds. By digitizing health records, you can easily trace disease outbreaks, monitor the efficacy of specific medications, and ensure full compliance with agricultural health standards. Sales, Finance & Debtor Management Take control of your farm's revenue stream. The sales module allows your team to record daily egg and bird sales, generate instant digital receipts, and track customer purchasing trends. More importantly, it features a robust debtor management system that tracks outstanding balances, logs partial payments, and ensures no revenue slips through the cracks. Labour & Human Resources Managing a farm requires managing people. SBZ Farm includes a built-in staff directory, secure biometric login capabilities, and an automated daily attendance tracker. Every action taken in the app is recorded in an immutable activity log, ensuring total accountability for all staff members from clock-in to clock-out. Advanced Technical Features: Secure Offline Mode: Farms are often located in remote areas with poor internet connectivity. SBZ Farm allows your staff to continue logging data securely offline. The moment the device regains cellular or Wi-Fi connection, all data is automatically and silently synced to the cloud servers. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Protect your sensitive financial data. Our strict permission system ensures that farm attendants only see production screens, while only administrators and authorized personnel can access revenue and high-level analytics. Real-Time Analytics Dashboard: Owners and managers can view beautiful, easy-to-read charts that summarize the day's production, expenses, and sales at a single glance. Say goodbye to lost paper logs, calculation errors, and operational blind spots. Download SBZ Farm today and take total, data-driven control of your agricultural enterprise.
