SB POS V2 adalah aplikasi mobile POS yang dirancang untuk membantu operasional outlet menjadi lebih cepat, rapi, dan mudah dikontrol. Aplikasi ini mendukung dua mode penggunaan utama, yaitu mode Kasir dan mode Customer Self-Service. Pada mode Kasir, petugas dapat membuka kasir, memantau daftar pesanan, memproses pembayaran, mencetak struk, mengelola stok, mencatat pengeluaran, melihat histori transaksi, hingga menutup kasir setelah shift selesai. Pada mode Customer Self-Service, pelanggan dapat memilih jenis pesanan seperti makan di tempat atau bungkus, memilih menu yang tersedia, menambahkan pesanan ke keranjang, lalu mengirimkan pesanan ke kasir untuk divalidasi dan diproses.
