SBL is a straightforward workout tracker built for people who just want to lift, track their progress, and learn. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the mechanics of hypertrophy, or an advanced lifter wanting to meticulously log your volume, this app gets out of your way and lets you put the work in. Features: Workout Logging: Easily log your exercises, sets, reps, and weights. No cluttered interfaces, just your data. Science Literature Tab: Access a curated feed of science-based lifting literature. Community Feed: Share your progress, ask questions, and connect with other lifters in a dedicated community tab. Dark Mode Default: Because staring at a blinding white screen in the gym is the worst. I'm a solo developer and built this app to be the tool I always wanted to use in the gym. No subscriptions to log your sets, no tracking your every move, just you and the iron. Download it, log your first session, and let's get to work.
