Built for team members across stores, distribution centres, and support offices, it puts fast, reliable incident reporting in the palm of your hand. When something goes wrong — an injury, a near miss, a hazard, or property damage — you shouldn't have to hunt for a paper form or wait until you're back at a desk. SIMS.NET lets you capture the details in the moment, from wherever you are, so nothing gets forgotten and the right people are notified straight away. **Report incidents in minutes** Log workplace injuries, near misses, hazards, security events, and property or stock damage through a guided, step-by-step form. Smart prompts make sure you capture the information your safety team actually needs the first time. **Capture the full picture** Attach photos, add location and site details, record witnesses, and describe what happened in your own words. Time and date are logged automatically, giving your safety team an accurate, complete record. **Stay informed** Track the status of incidents you've raised, receive updates as they're reviewed and actioned, and get notified when follow-up is required. Managers can view and triage reports from their teams in real time. **Built for Country Road Group** Designed around the way Country Road Group works, SIMS.NET aligns with your organisation's safety policies, escalation paths, and reporting requirements. **Secure and compliant** Access is restricted to authorised Country Road Group personnel using your existing corporate credentials.
