Full description

Accountability Shield helps you stay focused by making distracting apps and websites harder to access when you need to be intentional. Create blocking groups for apps and websites, set daily app time limits, invite accountability partners, and review usage analytics so you can understand where your time is going. Accountability Shield is built for people who want practical friction, not just reminders. Android VPN website protection: Accountability Shield uses Android's VpnService to create a local DNS-only VPN on your device. This lets the app detect website domains, block sites that match your accountability rules, and power website activity analytics when Home VPN Protection is enabled. The VPN is needed because Android requires VpnService for device-level website filtering across browsers. It is used only for Accountability Shield's website blocking and analytics features, and it is not a general-purpose VPN service. Key features: • Block distracting websites and apps • Set daily app time limits • Track app and browsing usage trends • Invite accountability partners for extra support • Get AI-powered insights about your browsing habits • Use Accountability Coach to reflect, plan, and stay on track • Manage blocking groups for different routines or goals Whether you are trying to reduce doomscrolling, protect deep work, avoid late-night browsing, or build healthier digital routines, Accountability Shield gives you tools to pause before slipping back into old habits. Accountability Shield is designed for self-control, reflection, and support. You stay in charge of your settings, while the app helps add structure between your intention and your next distraction.
