Full description
Reclaim your focus — automatically. save my focus. blocks the apps that distract you, on a schedule you set once and never have to remember again. No daily willpower required — the blocking just happens. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Most focus apps ask you to remember to start a session. We flipped that. Build a Focus Profile once — pick the apps, set the hours — and it runs itself, every day, automatically. DISCIPLINE MODE — for when you actually mean it Turn on Discipline Mode and a rule can't be casually switched off mid-session. If you try, you'll go through a short cooldown built to help the urge pass — not to punish you, just to give you one honest minute before you give up on yourself. FOCUS PROFILES, YOUR WAY • Automatic scheduling — set it once, it blocks itself • One-time blocks — need to lock in right now for an hour? Do that too, no profile setup required • Discipline Mode — on by default, because that's the whole point REAL NUMBERS, NOT GUESSES See your actual screen time, pickups, and most-used apps today — pulled straight from your device, never uploaded anywhere. Plus your focus history, streaks, and session reports over time. FOCUS TOGETHER • Focus Room — start a session with friends in real time • Brain Pact — a 7-day focus commitment between you and someone else, whoever earns more focus points wins HOW BLOCKING WORKS save my focus. uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect which app is currently open on your screen. This is the only way it can tell when you've opened a blocked app and show the block screen. The Accessibility Service is used solely for this purpose — the app never reads your messages, screen content, or passwords, and this data is never transmitted off your device. PRIVACY FIRST Your screen time and app usage stats are calculated entirely on your device and never leave it. We only sync your focus session history (so your streaks and stats survive a phone change) and whatever you choose to share in Focus Room or Brain Pact. Take your years back. Build the habit once — let the app do the rest.
