SATCO Operations is the internal operations app for SATCO staff. It organizes the daily cycle of cars and captains between the housing yard and airport halls, with a clear record of every step. For captains: • One-tap "Checked into housing" button, verified once by location at the moment of tapping • See your current trip status: inspection, heading to hall, with customer • End the trip after dropping off the customer • View your trip history and your assigned car For housing supervisors: • See the queue of cars waiting for inspection • Inspect car cleanliness and captain appearance, then approve or reject • Direct each approved car to its target airport hall • Review the shift log For hall supervisors: • See cars on their way to and inside your hall • Record car arrival and departure with the customer • Review the shift log Also: • Instant notifications for every status change • Arabic and English, with light and dark modes Privacy: location is read only once when a location-verified button is pressed. There is no continuous tracking. Note: This app is for SATCO employees only. Accounts are created by the company administration; there is no public sign-up.
