Reading HEIC/HEIF requires Android 9 or later and a compatible decoder. Saving as HEIC is offered from Android 9, but may fail if your device doesn't have a suitable encoder. An unsupported HEIC picture won't stop the other items. Your photos stay under your control Choose pictures through Android's file picker. The app can access only the files you select; it doesn't need permission to browse your entire photo library or storage. Conversion itself works without an internet connection. A job may not resume after you force-stop the app, clear its data, remove file access, or run low on device resources. After restarting your device, open the app and resume the job yourself. Some other services use the internet: ads in the free version, subject to your consent choices; Google Play Billing; purchase verification; and settings delivered through Remote Config. Optional analytics and crash reports also use the network. These services don't receive your images, thumbnails, file names or paths, folder names, or EXIF data.
