RecSoon Tx is a practice and patient-management app for licensed rehabilitation therapists. It brings your clinical documentation, care plans and day-to-day scheduling into one secure place — so you spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients. Built for the way therapists actually work: • Patient and case management — Keep a clear record for every patient, from first assessment through to discharge. • Clinical assessments — Capture structured assessments across physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology, tailored to the condition being treated. • Care plans and exercise protocols — Design and update treatment plans, parameters and exercise programmes, and adjust them as your patient progresses. • Session documentation — Record session notes and findings quickly, during or after each visit. • Progress tracking and reports — Follow each patient's trajectory over time and generate clear progress and discharge summaries. • Scheduling — Plan your day, manage appointments, and optionally sync sessions to your Google Calendar. Privacy and security: • Your data and your patients' data are stored on servers located in India. • Encryption in transit and at rest, with access controls and app lock (biometric or PIN). • As the treating clinician, you remain in control of your patients' records. Who it's for: RecSoon Tx is intended for licensed or registered healthcare professionals — physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and allied rehabilitation clinicians.
