Vous pourrez ensuite discuter de manière régulière avec Louise et Jeanne pour évaluer ensemble l'évolution de votre sommeil et de vos consommations. Si, malgré cet accompagnement, votre consommation ou votre sommeil vous posent toujours problème, nous vous mettrons en lien avec un professionnel de santé de Nouvelle Aquitaine ou nous vous donnerons des contacts pour être pris en charge pour les autres régions afin de vous accompagner.
