Prop your phone on the floor. Do push-ups. The camera turns every rep into a move in an arcade game. No wearables, no controllers, no account. Just your phone, a bit of floor and your body. HOW IT WORKS Lean the phone against a wall at floor level, calibrate once by holding the top and bottom of the move, and go. Push-ups fly a jetpack through lasers. Squats drive a runner through walls. The run ends when you get hit. Survive as long as you can, then beat your time. TWO MODES Push-ups. Fly the laser run. This one is a chest burner. Chest, triceps, core. Squats. Dodge the walls. This one is a leg burner. Quads, glutes, hamstrings. Boxing is in testing and arrives in a later update. BUILT TO KEEP YOU COMING BACK Daily streak. One run a day keeps the flame lit. Global leaderboard. Best run per mode, ranked against everyone. Pick a name, no sign-up. Progress charts. Reps, bests, time and calories, day by day. Run cards. Every run makes a share card with your time survived, score and streak. Coins and power-ups. Slow-mo, magnet, shield and extra lives mid-run. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Pose tracking runs on your phone. No video is stored, streamed or uploaded. The only thing that leaves the device is a score for the leaderboard, under an anonymous id. Free to play with ads. Remove Ads is a yearly subscription. Rewarded continues stay free. Exercise at your own risk. Clear the space around you and stop if anything hurts.

What's new

Push-ups and squats have swapped games. Push-ups now fly the laser run. Squats now dodge the walls. An extra life from an ad now gives you 6 safe seconds to get back into position. The next run starts on its own 10 seconds after your results, using your last calibration. Tap anything to stop it. New sensitivity slider in Settings: set how fast the runner follows your body. Tap any recent run on the Progress screen to see and share its run card. Bests and leaderboards for both modes start fresh.
