Saswad Sampark Connect Vendor

Saswad Sampark Vendor - the on-ground resolution app for Saswad Nagar Parishad's approved contractors and implementors. A purpose-built field app for vendors registered with the municipality. View assigned work orders, navigate to job sites, log progress with photo proof, and close out tickets - all from your phone, in the field. 📋 ASSIGNED WORK ORDERS See every complaint routed to you, sorted by service-level deadline. Filter by category (roads, sanitation, water, electricity, etc.) and by ward. Tap into any job for the full context: citizen-reported issue, photos taken at filing, exact location, and supervising officer's notes. 📍 NAVIGATE TO THE SITE One-tap navigation to the work location via Google Maps. Coordinates are captured by the citizen at the time of filing - no more "where exactly?" calls. 📸 PHOTO-BACKED COMPLETION Mark a job complete with before/after photo proof. Both pictures are time-stamped and tagged to the job ticket so the supervising officer has a clear audit trail. 🔄 STATUS UPDATES Move work orders through your workflow - Acknowledged → On Site → Work Done. Each step is time-stamped. The supervising officer and the citizen both see real-time progress. 📞 DIRECT COORDINATION One-tap calling to the supervising officer for clarifications, escalations, or material requests. No more chasing through multiple WhatsApp groups. 📬 PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Get instant alerts when a new work order is routed to you. Stay focused on the current job - the app taps you on the shoulder when something new comes in. 🌐 FULL MULTI-LANGUAGE Marathi · हिन्दी · English. Switch from your Profile screen anytime. 🔒 SECURE LOGIN Phone-number + OTP authentication. Only vendor phone numbers approved by the nagarpalika can sign in. No password to remember, no third-party trackers. 📍 WHO IS THIS APP FOR? Approved contractors, implementors, and field-resolution partners of Saswad Nagar Parishad.
