ORDER TRACKING Follow your order through 11 stages: drawing upload, drawing approval, production, production complete, port delivery, ocean shipping, customs clearance, unpacking inspection, installation training, on-site technical support and warranty activation. Photos, videos and documents are posted by the factory team at each stage, so you always know the real status. SHARED TEAM ACCESS Invite your own team members into an order. Everyone sees the same updates, files and comments, and can reply directly. No more scattered emails and chat groups. INSTALLATION DOCUMENTS Open design drawings, installation manuals, product brochures and test certification files on site. Documents are organised by series so installers can find the right file quickly.
