LIVE LOCATION TRACKING See your loved one's real-time location on a private map, updated continuously even when the app is closed. Powered by GPS, Wi-Fi and mobile cell towers across Australia's 4G network. SOS EMERGENCY ALERTS Press and hold the SOS button on the device for 3 to 4 seconds, or let automatic fall detection do it for you. Your nominated emergency contacts are alerted at once by push notification, SMS and call, and the location is included in every alert. SMART SAFEZONES Set safe zones around home, school, work or a care facility, and get an alert the moment your loved one arrives or leaves. LOCATION HISTORY Review past routes and movements — up to 90 days on the Safe Pro plan. Understand daily routines and notice anything unusual. WELLBEING INDICATORS (S11 BAND) Follow general wellbeing trends from the app: heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), blood pressure, steps and activity, and medication reminders. Manually started by an authorised caregiver only. Audio is never recorded or stored. HOW SAF O' ME WORKS — PLEASE READ Saf O' Me does not operate a monitoring centre, call centre or emergency response service. We do not monitor devices, alerts or wearers, and we do not receive or respond to SOS alerts. Alerts are transmitted to the emergency contacts you nominate in your account, and responding to them is the responsibility of the account holder and those contacts. Saf O' Me supplies the device and the platform that transmits the alert. Always keep an independent emergency plan, and call 000 in any life-threatening situation. This is an assistive safety tool, not a guarantee of safety. Location accuracy cannot be guaranteed in every environment and depends on GPS, mobile coverage, battery level and device condition. NDIS AND AGED CARE FUNDING Many participants use Saf O' Me devices as assistive technology. Whether a device can be funded depends on your individual plan and your plan manager.
