When you open a guarded app during a lock, the practice screen appears over it. Complete a sitting and every guarded app opens for as long as you chose. The check happens on your phone and the name is discarded immediately. Signing in is optional. If you do, your practice is saved to your Google account so a new phone can pick it up. The list of apps you guard never leaves your device, signed in or not. You can delete your account and everything stored with it from inside the app, at any time.
