Doar é Vida tem como principal objetivo possibilitar a realização de agendamentos para doações de sangue. As campanhas são cadastradas - a priori - através da colaboração de Coletas Externas realizadas nos Hemocentros. O aplicativo possibilita: - Agendar doações em campanhas cadastradas e com horários disponíveis; - Fornece detalhes tais com: data, horários disponíveis, quantidade de vagas, e possibilita a visualização através do Google Maps quanto a localização do local de doação; - Saiba quantas doações foram realizadas, se está apto ou em qual data estará, seu tipo sanguíneo, e notificações sobre o seu próximo agendamento - local, data e horário. Além disso, é possível visualizar todo o seu histórico de doações realizadas em nossas campanhas; - Biblioteca de informações correspondente aos principais esclarecimentos, quanto a importância, cuidados, compatibilidade sanguínea e os procedimentos correlatos a fase de pré e pós doação.
