Project Manager installs Work View AI and sets up as Contractor. 2. Creates a crew task and assigns it to a crew member. 3. Sends the crew member a QR code / invite to join the project. 4. Crew member installs the app, chooses the Crew role, and scans the QR code sent by the project manager to get set up. 5. Crew member records progress on the task — updates status, takes site photos, and captures GPS location. 6. Crew member sends the update back to the project manager (via QR scan, deep link, or share to WhatsApp / iMessage / email). 7. Project manager's phone receives the update and applies it automatically. 8.
