Wordfuda – Learn Japanese N5

Wordfuda is a card game for learning Japanese. Every card is a Japanese word, kanji or kana. Play a hand, answer each card, and watch the score multiply. Free with one small banner ad on the home screen, never while you play. Card meanings are in English for now. If something looks wrong, please tell us at [email protected]. HOW TO PLAY • You hold 5 cards. Pick up to 3 and play them. • Answer each card: what does it mean, how is it read, which sound is it? • All right: chips × multiplier. More cards = bigger multiplier. One miss and the hand scores nothing. • Reach the target score to clear the stage. Clear 8 stages to win the run. • After each stage, turn over one of three face-down charms. Charms bend the rules: Verb Lover, Quick Draw, Perfect Three, Lucky Cat and more. LEARN WHILE YOU PLAY • About 670 N5 words, 103 N5 kanji, plus all hiragana and katakana • Cards you miss come back more often; cards you know well come back less • After every answer you see the word, its reading and meaning • Daily run: the same cards for everyone today, with a result you can share • Choose which decks to play: hiragana, katakana, N5 words, N5 kanji • Interface in English, Japanese, German, French and Dutch PRIVACY • No account, no analytics.
