Dawamna

Dawamna is the employee app for companies using the Dawamna HR platform. Clock in without paperwork, request leave, check your payslips and keep track of your work — from your phone, in Arabic or English. IMPORTANT — YOU NEED AN EMPLOYER ACCOUNT Dawamna accounts are created by your employer's HR team. You cannot sign up inside the app. If your company doesn't use Dawamna yet, speak to your HR administrator or visit dawamna.com. ATTENDANCE WITHOUT THE QUEUE No fingerprint scanner, no sign-in sheet. Depending on how your employer sets it up, Dawamna records your attendance when you arrive: • Bluetooth beacons — small devices installed at your workplace that your phone recognises when you're on site • GPS work zones — attendance recorded when you enter or leave your assigned worksite LEAVE AND REQUESTS • Request annual, sick or emergency leave • Check your remaining balance before you apply • Follow approvals as they move through your managers • Submit other HR requests — overtime, expenses, official letters PAY AND DOCUMENTS • View your monthly payslips • See your salary breakdown, including allowances, deductions and GOSI • Request official HR letters WORK AND SCHEDULE • See your shifts and upcoming schedule • Track tasks assigned to you, with subtasks, comments and attachments • Get notified when something needs your attention ARABIC AND ENGLISH Fully bilingual with complete right-to-left support. Switch language any time. LOCATION AND PERMISSIONS Dawamna uses your location, including while the app is in the background, only to record attendance at your assigned worksite. Bluetooth is used to detect your employer's registered beacons for the same purpose. Face verification is optional, off by default, and used only where your employer enables it and you consent. Your employer controls your data; Dawamna processes it on their behalf. See dawamna.com/privacy.html, and dawamna.com/delete-data.html to request deletion. NEED HELP? Contact your HR administrator or email [email protected] The LOCATION AND PERMISSIONS section is there deliberately — Play scrutinises background location hard, and an explicit in-listing justification that matches your Data safety answers is one of the things that keeps a review moving.
