RSM | Smart Attendance

RSM Smart Attendance is built for organizations running ERP systems who need accurate, verifiable, and real-time employee attendance data. RSM makes the entire attendance lifecycle check-in, verification, tracking, reporting, and reconciliation simple, secure, and audit-ready. No manual timesheets. No buddy-punching. Just clean, verified data that flows straight into your payroll and HR systems. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ KEY FEATURES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📸 CAMERA-VERIFIED CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Every attendance punch requires a real-time selfie. Each check-in is timestamped against server time, GPS-located, and photo-verified creating a tamper-proof attendance record your HR and payroll teams can trust. 📍 LIVE GPS LOCATION TRACKING The admin map view displays the real-time location of every employee at the moment they check in or out. Field managers gain instant visibility across all sites no calls, no messages, no guesswork. 📊 ATTENDANCE HEATMAP A visual, calendar-style heatmap for each employee shows attendance patterns across weeks and months. Spot absences, partial days, or unexpected gaps at a glance perfect for performance reviews and monthly HR analysis. 🏢 ADMIN DASHBOARD A powerful control panel for administrators. View today's live attendance summary, manage your employee roster, action pending requests, and monitor team locations all from one unified screen. 👤 EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT Add and manage employees directly within the app. View detailed attendance timelines and complete check-in/check-out histories per employee, with full GPS records and request logs for complete traceability. 📋 MISSING ATTENDANCE REQUESTS Employees submit a missing attendance request for any day they forgot to mark. Admins review each request in a dedicated queue, then approve, reject, or manually fill the record on the employee's behalf. Full history is visible to both parties. 📤 EXPORT TO CSV & PDF Generate attendance reports in one tap. Filter by date range, individual employee, or entire organization. Download structured CSV files for direct ERP or payroll ingestion, or export PDF reports for audits and compliance submissions. 🔒 ANTI-TAMPER PROTECTION RSM actively detects device clock manipulation. Every event is recorded against server-synced timestamps the audit trail cannot be forged from the device side. 📱 DEVICE BINDING & LOCK Each employee account is locked to a single registered device. If a device change is detected, the account is automatically suspended until an administrator re-authorizes it, preventing account sharing. 👥 DUAL-ROLE SYSTEM Two distinct experiences in one app. Employees get a focused interface for check-in, history, and requests. Admins get the full suite roster, approvals, live tracking, and exports. 🌙 DARK MODE SUPPORT Fully designed dark mode with a carefully crafted color palette for comfortable use during early check-ins and late admin sessions. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ BUILT FOR ERP INTEGRATION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ RSM works alongside your existing ERP infrastructure not replace it. CSV exports are structured for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and custom HRMS or payroll systems. PDF reports are formatted for HR documentation and compliance submissions. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY RSM SMART ATTENDANCE? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✔ Triple-verified attendance: GPS location + Camera selfie + Device binding ✔ No special hardware required standard Android smartphones only ✔ Real-time anti-tamper and clock-manipulation detection ✔ One-tap CSV and PDF export for ERP and payroll integration ✔ Missing attendance workflow with a complete admin audit trail ✔ Role-based access for admins and employees ✔ Device lock prevents shared accounts and attendance fraud RSM Smart Attendance because knowing your team showed up, verified and on time, matters.
