RSDiag connects your Android phone to supported BMW control units through a compatible OBD adapter. Read fault codes, check live parameters and work with ECU calibration files. DIAGNOSTICS • Scan supported control units, including engine and non-engine modules. • Read and clear fault codes. • View fault descriptions where available. • Check ECU identification and software information. LIVE DATA • Monitor available parameters such as engine speed, temperatures, pressures and injector corrections. • View readings and graphs. • Record live data and export CSV logs for further analysis. ECU CALIBRATION • Read calibration data and save a backup on supported ECUs. • Read full flash memory where supported. • Write compatible calibration files on supported Bosch EDC16C35 and EDC16CP35 profiles. • Check file compatibility and programming conditions before writing. SERVICE FUNCTIONS Access service procedures supported by the detected control unit. Available functions depend on the vehicle, ECU and adapter. CONNECTION RSDiag supports compatible USB K+DCAN cables, Bluetooth adapters and Wi-Fi adapters on Android. Adapter capabilities vary: an adapter suitable for diagnostics may not support ECU programming. FREE AND LICENSED FEATURES Basic fault-code reading and clearing are available without an account on supported vehicles. Advanced diagnostics, live data and calibration features require the corresponding account licence. COMPATIBILITY Support depends on the control unit, software version, adapter and selected operation. Diagnostic support does not automatically mean calibration reading or writing is supported. Check compatibility before purchasing an adapter or licence. A compatible vehicle and OBD adapter are required for vehicle operations. Use the app while the vehicle is stationary.
