RQM Tax Assistant prepares your UAE VAT return and checks it before you file. You enter your sales and purchases — paste them straight from your accounting export — and it works out every box of the VAT 201, explains what went where, and flags the things the Federal Tax Authority usually asks about. Then it hands you the figures to type into EmaraTax yourself. WHAT IT DOES - Works out every box of the VAT 201, 1a through 14 - Splits standard-rated sales across all seven emirates - Handles zero-rated, exempt, out-of-scope and reverse charge - Keeps blocked input tax out of your claim — entertainment, personal-use vehicles, employee benefits — and tells you why - Apportions input tax when you make exempt supplies - Checks bad debt relief conditions and tells you when you are close - Warns about missing supplier TRNs, arithmetic that does not add up, and a refund position before you are surprised by one - Full Arabic and English, with proper right-to-left layout OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT SOURCES The tax information in this app is based on publicly available UAE VAT law and guidance. YOUR FIGURES STAY ON YOUR DEVICE There is no account to create. No sign-up, no email address, no password. Your tax figures are stored in the app on your phone and nowhere else. We do not receive them and there is no server that could hold them. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind. That means we cannot lose your data. It also means we cannot recover it — if you clear the app's data it is gone, so keep your own records, as you are required to anyway. WHAT IT IS NOT It is not a government service and does not represent the FTA or any government entity. It is not a tax agent, and using it does not create a tax agency relationship. It does not submit anything. It never asks for your EmaraTax password and never logs in as you. You review every figure and you file it yourself, signed in as yourself. You remain responsible for what you file. AN HONEST NOTE ON THE TAX RULES The rules built into this app have been tested extensively, but they have not yet been signed off by a practising tax professional. Testing proves the software does what its author believed the law says — it cannot prove that belief was right. Until that sign-off happens, the app says so on screen, every time, and you should treat what it produces as a second opinion on your own working rather than as a source of truth.
