Provendry

Provendry is the operating system for the independent feed mill. Your office, your production floor and your drivers work from the same orders, formulas and customer accounts, on the website and on the phone. ORDERS Take an order in seconds, see what's due and what's late, and follow every load from queued to delivered. Recurring orders, contract prices, trucking and truck compartments are all built in. PRODUCTION The floor sees exactly what to make next. Start a batch, record the lot, print the work order and the feed tags, and the stock comes off the shelf automatically. DELIVERIES AND PICKUPS Drivers see their loads with directions and a tap-to-call number, mark them out for delivery and delivered, collect cash or a check, and keep working with no signal: updates send when the phone is back in range. FORMULAS AND INGREDIENTS Build formulas against nutrient targets, see the cost per ton or tonne, compare versions, and print AAFCO or CFIA labels. Scan a supplier spec sheet to fill in an ingredient. INVENTORY AND REPORTS Receive deliveries, see what's running low and what to buy, and track revenue, margins and money owed. Every lot is traceable from the ingredient to the customer. CUSTOMERS AND INVOICES Customer accounts, balances, statements and invoices, with payments recorded in the office or by the driver. Provendry accounts are created by your mill at provendry.com. Sign in with the account your mill gave you.
