RowWorld Live

RowWorld is an indoor rowing app that turns your rowing machine workouts into virtual journeys. Connect a compatible Bluetooth FTMS rower, explore scenic routes and follow your training data as you row at home or in the gym. CONNECT YOUR ROWING MACHINE RowWorld supports rowing machines that broadcast standard rowing data over Bluetooth FTMS. This includes compatible equipment from Concept2, WaterRower and MERACH, as well as other brands using the same rowing protocol. EXPLORE TWO WORLDS Row through the green surroundings of River Park or explore the quays and harbour of City Canal. Choose your direction at junctions to discover different routes through both worlds. Switch between camera views for a different perspective on your row. ROWING WORKOUTS AT YOUR PACE Choose from the built-in rowing workouts or create and save your own session with time- or distance-based blocks. Combine steady rowing, harder intervals, short sprints and recovery. Follow your current workout block and target pace on screen throughout your indoor training. LIVE ROWING DATA Keep track of time, distance, speed, pace per 500 metres, power and stroke rate. View your heart rate when a compatible heart-rate source is connected. Available measurements depend on the data provided by your equipment. TRACK YOUR ROWING PROGRESS Take on the 2,000-metre race segment and work towards improving your own times. Review your session data and 500-metre splits after rowing. Your results and session history are saved on your device. CONTROL YOUR ROW With supported SmartRow equipment, use the handle buttons to choose left or right at a junction. Once the choice closes, the buttons return to navigating the on-screen controls. Supported button navigation also lets you resume rowing or save your session from the pause menu. HEART RATE AND BLUETOOTH Connect a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate sensor separately to see your heart rate during training. Live rowing data requires suitable equipment and Bluetooth permissions. Available measurements and button support vary by device. From a steady row to a focused interval session, take your training onto the water with RowWorld.
