MANAGE SCREEN TIME WITH FLEXIBLE APP LIMITS Group distracting apps together and set a daily, weekly, or monthly screen time allowance. When the limit is reached, Tiny Vow shows a clear, gentle interruption so you can pause and choose what to do next. It is designed as a mindful app blocker, not an inflexible lock. MAKE GOOD TIME COUNT Create positive groups for reading, learning, fitness, creativity, or any apps you want to use with intention. Earn points from meaningful app time, set target rewards, build streaks, unlock achievements, and create custom rewards that feel personal. FOCUS OFFLINE Start a focus timer for study, deep work, exercise, rest, or time away from the screen. Choose normal or strict mode, use a whitelist for essential apps, and review your completed focus sessions. SEE YOUR DIGITAL HABITS CLEARLY Review screen time through daily and weekly reports, trends, heatmaps, app usage breakdowns, open counts, session details, and group progress. See where your time went without guilt or guesswork. LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN Core data—including groups, limits, points, rewards, usage history, focus sessions, and theme preferences—is stored on your device by default. Tiny Vow does not automatically upload your screen time history to its own servers. You can export a local report or recoverable backup and clear your data whenever you choose. PERMISSIONS USED WITH A CLEAR PURPOSE Usage access is used to calculate foreground app time, limits, reports, points, and reminders. If you enable app-limit blocking, Accessibility Service is used only to detect foreground app changes and show Tiny Vow's limit screen. It does not read screen text, capture your input, perform clicks, or change system settings.
