Rootwise Live

Make your doctor's appointments more useful. Ever leave a clinic and immediately forget half of what was discussed? Rootwise is a privacy-first clinical appointment tool designed to help you prepare, record, and remember everything from your medical visits so you can focus on the conversation, not on taking notes. From the waiting room to your follow-up, Rootwise manages the details in four straightforward steps: 1. Pre-Appointment Setup Before your visit, use the app to build a clinical summary in your own words—no medical jargon required. Log your symptoms, note patterns or triggers, and set your main goal for the visit so you walk in prepared and stay on track. 2. One-Tap Recording Put your phone down and focus on your doctor. With a single tap (and your doctor's consent), Rootwise securely captures the audio of your appointment locally. You don’t have to worry about missing a detail or scribbling notes. 3. Instant AI Summaries Before you even reach the parking lot, you'll receive a clean, highly readable summary of your appointment. Rootwise breaks down exactly what you reported, what your doctor decided, any diagnoses given, and which medications or tests were ordered. 4. Color-Coded Action Lists The visit only works if the follow-through does. Rootwise extracts your next steps and color-codes them by urgency: Red: Immediate action required (like scheduling a lab test) Yellow: Non-urgent tasks to schedule when ready Green: General updates and things going well Blue: Medications to start or change These action items can be pushed directly to your native calendar with dates and reminders so nothing falls through the cracks. Privacy-First & Secure by Design Your health data is yours. Rootwise operates with a strict zero-retention policy for recordings. Local Processing: Audio is captured locally and never streamed. Zero Retention: Raw audio files and transcripts are permanently deleted immediately after your summary is generated. Total Ownership: Your final summaries and task lists live locally on your device. You can export them as a PDF anytime to share with other providers or family members. Get the complete picture of your health in your own hands. Download Rootwise today.
