Risolto is the latest news in the field of user/instruction manuals. With over 5,000,000 pages it is one of the largest technical databases in the world, collects user manuals/instructions for small and large appliances of any brand and is currently available in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. It has an incredibly innovative additional feature that makes this application unique, in fact it is the only one in the world that allows you to identify the anomaly of your household appliance or electrical appliance without having to browse through pages and pages of manuals. How it works:  Position yourself in front of your appliance  Open the application and select the "scan" function  Now photograph the error code that appears on the display of your appliance or manually enter 3 simple data such as brand, model, type of appliance.  Once done, you will immediately see the explanation of the problem and how to fix it. In the unfortunate event that the breakdown is too serious, select "request assistance" and, through the geolocation function, you will see the map with the name and contact number of the authorized assistance center closest to you. If you want, you can start the call directly from the application. The application also features the "my manuals" function where you can archive the manuals for your appliances, thus creating your personal library which you can access at any time. In the event that the manual you are looking for is not already present in the archive, a request is sent to the central archive and, within a few minutes, it will be made available. With Risolto, you will no longer need to install dozens of different applications, one for each brand of appliance you have at home, as all the information you need is contained here. Risolto is also green! Risolto aims not only to simplify the service and troubleshooting process of a device, but also to reduce the waste of paper, inks, scraps, energy expenditure required for the printing process, etc. Help us to say enough to printed manuals.
