New listings can be submitted for review before becoming available in the renter marketplace. Listings can have different statuses during their lifecycle, including draft, pending review, approved, rejected, suspended and paused. Owners can fix rejected listings and submit them again for review. Location Privacy Before a renter unlocks a listing, the marketplace shows only the approximate property location. The exact property location and owner contact details are protected until the required unlock is completed. After an authorized unlock, the renter can access the exact property location and relevant contact options. Simple Rental Discovery Room Setuu brings room discovery, property information and direct owner contact into one marketplace experience for renters and room owners. Availability and listing information are provided by property owners and may change over time. Users should verify room availability, rental terms, property details and other information directly with the owner before making rental decisions. Room Setuu is a marketplace platform and does not itself guarantee the availability, condition, ownership or suitability of any listed property.
