Follow the classic box breathing rhythm: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, and hold again for 4 seconds. A gentle visual guide, optional sounds, and haptic cues help you stay with the timing without needing to stare at the screen. Use it before work, during a study break, after a stressful moment, or before sleep. Choose a session length, begin with one tap, and let the app guide each phase clearly: inhale, hold, exhale, hold. Completed sessions are saved to your history so you can see how often you practice. You can also save completed breathing sessions to Health Connect as mindful minutes. No complicated courses. No busy dashboard. Just a quiet box breathing timer designed for focus, meditation, relaxation, and everyday mindfulness.
