Roja Scout

Roja Scout is a housing app built for Zimbabwe that helps people find places to stay and connect directly with landlords and agents in a simple, transparent, and secure way. Find a place easily Searching for accommodation should not be complicated. With Roja Scout, you can browse rooms, flats, and houses available across Zimbabwe. Use filters such as location, price, and property type to narrow down your options and find exactly what you need. You can also use Roja AI search to simplify your experience. Just type what you are looking for in plain English, such as a one bedroom flat in Bulawayo under 200 dollars, and the system will instantly return relevant results without the need for complex filters. Once you find a suitable place, you can message the landlord or agent directly inside the app at no cost. There is no need to share your personal phone number or rely on external platforms. Real time messaging Roja Scout includes a built in messaging system designed for convenience and speed. You can send and receive messages instantly, keep track of all your conversations in one place, and respond quickly to opportunities. This improves communication and helps users secure accommodation faster. Verified users and trust Trust is essential when dealing with housing. Roja Scout includes a verification system where verified landlords and agents receive a blue tick on their profile. In addition, users can view ratings and reviews based on real interactions, helping them make informed decisions. Safety and control User safety is a priority. Roja Scout allows users to block anyone who behaves in a harassing or inappropriate way. You can also report suspicious listings or activities directly within the app. This helps maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Your personal information is protected and conversations remain within the platform, giving you more control over your privacy. For landlords If you have a property to rent, Roja Scout allows you to list it easily and for free. Create a listing by adding photos, price, location, and details about the property. You will receive messages directly from interested tenants and manage your listings from your dashboard. You can update, deactivate, or remove your listings at any time. For agents Our app supports real estate agents and works with them, not against them. Agents can list properties they manage and clearly state their agent fees upfront. This ensures transparency and allows users to agree to the terms before making contact. Ratings and reviews After interactions, users can rate landlords and agents. This creates accountability and helps improve the overall quality of listings and interactions on the platform. Post a housing request If you prefer not to search, you can post your own request. Describe your budget, preferred location, and type of accommodation. Landlords and agents can then reach out to you directly with suitable offers. Built for Zimbabwe Roja Scout is designed specifically for the Zimbabwean housing market. Whether you are in Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru, or other cities and towns, the app provides a simple and effective way to find or offer accommodation.
