It is not an accessibility tool. It works only on that pop-up, and only during a payment you start. Data it collects and why • Phone number: the recipient's mobile money number, to send the payment and check where it went. • Name: the recipient's name shown by the network, to confirm who was paid. • Purchase history: each payment's amount, reference, network, time and result, to mark the order paid and prevent paying twice. • Crash logs: about the app and device, to fix problems. Who receives it • Agents: Cashramp gets the payment record and the network's confirmation (name, number, amount; balances removed). • Users: Accrue gets the payment record only. The name and number stay on your phone. • Crash logs go to Google Firebase Crashlytics. • Support gets a USSD log only if you share it. • Your data is never sold. Accrue Shap never saves or sends your PIN, and never reads other apps, your screen, messages or contacts.
