Cube Out 3D: Color Shooter

A 3D sculpture of colored cubes spins in front of you. Color shooters wait in their lanes. You have five slots. Clear every cube before those slots clog up. Cube Out 3D is a cube shooter puzzle about choosing the order. Tap the front shooter in a lane and it hops into an empty slot, then fires at cubes of its own color, one cube per shot. The number on each cannon is its ammo. When the ammo runs out, the shooter leaves and its slot opens again. Choose badly and your slots fill with shooters that have nothing left to hit. All five full with no shot to fire, and you're stuck. It's a strategy puzzle, not a reflex test: read the sculpture, read the lanes, then tap. HOW IT PLAYS • Only the front shooter of each lane can be tapped • A shooter hits only the cubes of its color that are in view • Drag to rotate the 3D sculpture any way you like; the shots keep flying • Once the last shooters fit in the empty slots, the sculpture spins faster for a quick finish • No timer, no lives, no energy. Lose a level and try again as often as you like 3D VOXEL SCULPTURES TO TAKE APART Level after level brings a new voxel sculpture, nearly 70 in all: a steam train, a pagoda, a pirate ship, a volcano island, a robot, a tiger, a magic lamp and many more. They range from a few hundred cubes to nearly four thousand, with up to 24 colors in a single level. TWISTS ALONG THE WAY • Mystery shooters that show their color only when they reach the front • Linked shooters that go into the slots together • Frozen shooters that thaw a little each time another shooter takes a slot • Padlocks that block a lane until a key comes through • Two-color shooters that fire both colors at once Nothing is spelled out. Each twist just turns up, and working it out is part of the puzzle. WHEN IT GETS TIGHT Four boosters help: take any shooter from the queue, shuffle the lanes, park a shooter outside the slots where it keeps firing, or add a sixth slot for the level. Crisp cube-shatter sounds and a light vibration on every shot make each clear satisfying. Every cube has to go. The order is up to you.
