Settled — Tasks & To-Do

Settled is a calm, fast place for everything you need to do. Capture a thought in a second, then sort it when you are ready, into Today, Upcoming, projects, and the areas of your life. No clutter, no nagging, no learning curve. CAPTURE FIRST, ORGANIZE LATER The reason most to do apps fail is that adding a task is work. Settled has Quick Add: open it, type the thing, close it. Deciding what list it belongs on, when it is due, and which project it serves can happen later, when you actually have the attention for it. PLAN A DAY THAT FITS • Today shows only what you chose for today, so the list stays finishable • Upcoming shows what is coming without dumping it on you now • Projects group the tasks that belong to one outcome • Areas hold the standing parts of a life that never finish, like Home, Work or Health • Checklists, notes and due dates on any task • Fast search across everything you have ever written down BUILT TO BE QUIET No streaks. No badges shaming you about yesterday. No red numbers designed to make you anxious enough to open the app. A clean, focused dark interface and nothing that wants your attention more than your actual work does. GOOD FOR Daily to do lists, work task management, household chores, groceries and errands, GTD style capture and review, packing lists, project planning, study and assignment tracking, habit follow through, and anyone who has bounced off a task manager that needed a tutorial. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE Your tasks live on your device. There is no account to create, nothing synced to a server, and nothing to sign up for. It works on a plane, in a basement, and on a phone with no data plan. Nobody, including us, can read your list. FREE, AND GENUINELY USABLE Capture, plan, and complete as much as you like. Today, Upcoming, areas, checklists, notes, due dates and search are all free. The free version is not a demo with a countdown on it. SETTLED PRO, A SINGLE $0.99 PURCHASE Pay once, keep it forever. No subscription, ever. Pro adds: • Unlimited projects • Colour themes and accents WHY NOT A SUBSCRIPTION A to do list should not be a recurring bill. You are not renting a service from us, you are keeping a small fast app on your phone. One payment, and then we leave you alone. COMMON QUESTIONS Does it need internet? No. Settled is fully offline.
