Full description

Study Session Guide helps you build better study habits through focused, timed sprints — so you spend less time staring at a screen and more time actually learning. How it works Add the subjects or tasks you need to work on, set a duration, and start your sprint. A visual countdown timer keeps you focused, with the screen staying awake so you never lose your place. When your sprint ends, take a guided break — then jump into the next one. Study Sprints - Create tasks with custom names, durations, and colour labels - Smart suggestions remember your past tasks so setup is fast - Pause and resume at any time — pause time is tracked separately - End a sprint early if needed, with your actual time recorded - Haptic feedback and a completion sound signal when time is up - The timer colour shifts as your session progresses, giving you a visual sense of momentum Break Mode - Timed breaks with a guided breathing exercise to help you reset - Animated breathing cues (inhale, hold, exhale) during your break - Push notification when your break is over so you can step away from the screen Ambient Sounds - Optional background sounds play during your sprint to block distractions - Sounds automatically pause when you pause, and resume when you do Reflection & Insights - After each sprint, log a quick reflection on how it went - Insights screen tracks your study history so you can see patterns over time - See completed sprints, total time studied, and task breakdowns Built for students - Light and dark mode support - Clean, distraction-free design - No accounts, no ads, no subscriptions — just focused study
