Full description
Rio Crush is a tile collecting puzzle rather than a board swapping one. The treats are stacked in overlapping layers, and only a treat with nothing resting on top of it can be picked. Tap a free treat and it slides down into the tray at the bottom of the screen. The moment three of the same treat sit together in the tray they crush and leave, freeing the slots again. The tray holds seven slots and no more. Filling all seven without completing a set ends the stage immediately, so every pick has to be thought about. Reading the pile is the real skill: taking a treat from the top layer opens two or three treats underneath, and knowing which of those you actually want is what separates a comfortable clear from a jammed tray. Stages grow by adding layers. The early stages are two shallow layers and are a gentle introduction, and the later ones stack four layers into a full pyramid where most of the pile is hidden at the start. Three helpers are available in every stage. Undo puts the last treat back where it came from, shuffle rearranges everything still on the pile without changing the layers, and pull three lifts three treats out of a crowded tray and returns them to the board. The stage select screen remembers which stages you have cleared and your best score for each. Eight awards follow long term goals such as crushing many sets, clearing stages without any helper and reaching a high total score. A local ranking board places your best result among a field of rivals. The game is entirely offline with no accounts, no purchases of any kind and no advertising. The settings screen offers one control which erases all saved progress.
