Foreself: Visualize & Rehearse

Rehearse the moment before you live it. Foreself turns a short spoken or written description of an upcoming moment into a short, narrated rehearsal. Each rehearsal is built from your own words, about your own situation, and can be played back with your eyes closed. WHY IT WORKS You may already believe in the scientific power of visualization. However, most people never do it. It's because generating the mental movie yourself is real work at exactly the wrong time. It's the night before the pitch, the morning of the interview, or the hour before the race. Foreself removes all of that work. You describe what's coming. It writes and narrates the rehearsal. From there, you can play it back whenever you want, whether it is right before the moment or several times before that moment. HOW IT WORKS 1. Describe your moment. Speak for 30 to 60 seconds, or type it out. 2. Get your rehearsal. Each rehearsal is a calm, present-tense narration grounded in your specifics. It encompasses things like the room, the stakes, and how you want to feel. 3. Play it before it happens. Put your headphones on and keep your eyes closed. The rehearsal keeps playing when your screen locks. BUILT FOR REAL MOMENTS - Funding pitches and board meetings - Job interviews and performance reviews - Presentations, keynotes, and public speaking - Athletic events and competition - Exams and certifications - Difficult conversations ANCHOR IT TO THE REAL THING Attach a rehearsal to the date and time of the actual event, and get a reminder before it. It can be everything from 90 minutes, 2 hours, or a day ahead. You can also set a nightly rehearsal and run it as an ongoing practice. DESIGNED FOR THE DARK Foreself is built for headphones in bed. There is a dark interface, sleep timer, background playback, and a full transcript of every rehearsal. MENTAL REHEARSAL, NOT MYSTICISM Foreself is built on structured mental-rehearsal principles drawn from performance and sports psychology. There is real-time pacing, first-person perspective, concrete sensory detail, and emotion you move through rather than pretend away. No affirmations. No mysticism. Instead, Foreself is a practice tool for adults with something real on the calendar. SUBSCRIPTION Foreself is $9.99 per week or $59.99 per year. Unlimited replays of your rehearsals are always included, along with a monthly allowance for creating new ones. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings. Foreself is a practice tool. It isn't medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice, and isn't a substitute for professional care.
