Hitoma Launcher is an Android launcher that lets you choose the apps on your home screen and set when apps appear in your home and app list. Hitoma takes its name from the Japanese word for a room. A space of your own, shaped by what matters to you. Arrange what you see and make room for the apps you want to use. CHOOSE WHEN APPS APPEAR For example, if you find yourself opening social or video apps at night, you can set them to appear only during the day. Set display periods using times and conditions such as every day or selected weekdays. Each app has one display rule. Apps without a rule remain visible. Outside their display hours, home items hide their icons, names and notification badges. The apps also disappear from this launcher's app list. Their positions stay in place, and the original icons and names appear while you edit the layout so you can see where they belong. Display rules also apply to apps in groups, shortcuts and widgets. MAKE YOUR HOME YOUR OWN Easy home setup lets you select apps and preview your home inside and outside their display hours. Save the layout and display rules together while keeping your existing layout and rules. Swipe up from home to open the app list. Touch and hold an icon, then drag it onto your home to add it. Arrange multiple pages, groups and resizable widgets to suit you. TRY IT BEFORE SWITCHING You can skip the initial setup and open it again from Settings. Try Hitoma Launcher before making it your default home. You can switch to another home app at any time in Android Settings. Visibility changes apply only inside this launcher. Notifications themselves and access through other apps or Android Settings are not blocked. Apps are not locked or uninstalled. Time-based changes appear when you return home and during periodic refreshes. Hitoma Launcher is the new name for Smart Hide Launcher.
