Ally by Right-Hand

Ally is the training companion that understands you and delivers exactly what you need to learn, adapting to your pace and schedule. We know that as a part of your work life you have to go through mandatory corporate training. However, as valuable as this knowledge is to your role, these programs are not tailored to your knowledge level and don’t take your schedule into consideration. In short, you want and need to learn, but the program has to be better to actually work for you. But what if your training program could: - Offer you the choice of when and where to learn? - Understand your weak and strong learning spots, helping you improve while giving you the choice to pursue your interests? - Give you a snapshot of your performance, while adding some competition to the experience by comparing you to your colleagues? - Provide you with the chance of learning with real-life examples and simulations that are as varied as they are entertaining? - Help you stay on track with your goals? Ally delivers all these benefits to your training program, making it easy for you to engage with the training content, so you can understand and absorb knowledge better. Doing so, Ally makes your organization and your work more secure. Some of Ally’s features include: - Fully personalized notifications, so you can set the best days and times of the week to learn. - Badges and rewards that will allow you to enjoy your achievements. - A full topics library, so you can easily choose not only what you need to learn but also what you want to. - Gamified experience, to make things exciting and fun. - Learning journey custom made to teach you what you need to improve. We’re in the business of making you and your employer happy. Your organization will rest easy, knowing employees like you are aware of all the important training topics and have all the knowledge needed to perform better. On the other hand, you will become an expert on everything that’s important for the company, recognized by peers and superiors, adding more credibility to your profile. Ally will help you get there. IMPORTANT: you can only use Ally if your employer is a client. Check with your IT/Information Security Managers if your organization is subscribed to the service.
