Clear a line. Something grows. A block puzzle you already know, and above it a bare valley that fills as you play. Every line you clear grows one thing — a tree, a house, a bridge, a windmill — immediately, in front of you. There is no shop. There is no currency. There is no build screen to go to. The line clears and the valley grows, and that is the whole game. And it is still there tomorrow. TWENTY PLACES, AND THEY ARE ALL YOURS Twenty valleys, and each one is a different kind of place: green hills and a stream, autumn woods, quiet snow, a pale blossom orchard, a tall city, a low village, standing stones, fallen walls, a cold shore, warm sands, a still oasis, a pale desert. Every one of them is finite. You fill it, it is finished, and it stays finished. Choose any of them from the first second — nothing is locked. NOTHING HERE IS A PICTURE Every tree, every roof, every lit window, every hill and every bird in this game is worked out by the app as you play. There are no image files in it at all. That means the trees in your valley are not the trees in anybody else's, and no two of your own valleys are ever the same. NO SCORE. NO TIMER. NO COINS. There is not one digit anywhere on the screen. Nothing counts you, nothing rushes you and nothing ever tells you that you did badly. Play one piece on a bus or forty in bed. AND YOU CANNOT LOSE IT When the board runs out of room, the board is swept clean and the valley stays. It always stays. Nothing you grew is ever taken away from you — not by a bad round, not by a bad day, not by anything. YOU CAUSE THE SUNSET Thirty-four cleared lines is one whole day. Morning, noon, evening, dusk, and then night, when the windows in the houses you grew come on one by one. Nothing here runs on a clock. Time in this valley moves because you played. WORKS WITH NO INTERNET There is no account, no sign-in and no server. Your valleys are on your phone. The app is one small file with no images, no audio files and no fonts in it. One full-screen advert is shown when you finish a valley, and at no other time. Never between one move and the next. Clear a line, grow a valley.
