Clockzenn

Clockzenn is a smart employee attendance tracking app for businesses of all sizes. Employees clock in and out using GPS location verification and selfie photo confirmation — so you always know who's at work, when, and where. How it works Employees open the app, take a selfie, and tap Clock In. Clockzenn verifies their GPS location against the assigned work site and records their attendance instantly. Clock out works the same way. No paperwork, no manual registers, no buddy punching. Key Features GPS Location Verification Employees can only clock in when they're physically within the designated work area. Set the allowed radius per location — from 10 metres to 5 kilometres. Selfie Photo Verification A photo is captured at every clock-in and clock-out. Admins can view selfies directly from the attendance report to verify identity. Device Lock Security Each employee account is registered to a single device. No one can clock in on someone else's phone, eliminating proxy attendance fraud. Real-Time Attendance Reports View attendance, hours worked, and late arrivals from the web admin panel. Filter by employee, department, date range, or status. Export to CSV or Excel. Multi-Location Support Manage multiple work locations for the same company. Assign employees to specific locations and track attendance per site. Accurate Hours Tracking Automatic hours calculation per employee per day and per period. View daily breakdowns, totals, and averages — all in one place. Timezone Aware Clock-in and clock-out times are stored in UTC and displayed in the correct local timezone for each work location — accurate even for companies operating across multiple time zones. Department Management Organise employees by department. Department managers can view reports for their own team only. Simple Employee Experience The employee app is clean, fast, and easy to use. No training needed. Clock in, clock out, done. For Employers Clockzenn is a subscription-based SaaS platform. Administrators manage everything from the web dashboard — employees, locations, shifts, departments, and reports. A free trial is available with no credit card required. Privacy Location and camera are accessed only at the moment of clocking in or out. We do not track employee location in the background. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely.
