Full description

RhinoCert is professional electrical certification software for UK electricians and Qualified Supervisors. Create EICR, EIC, and MEIWC certificates from your phone, tablet, or web browser. Branded with your company logo, powered by purpose-built AI, designed around the official model forms. Built around BS7671 Amendment 4 from day one — published April 2026 and the new standard for UK electrical installation work. CERTIFICATES SUPPORTED • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) — 50+ inspection items, observation photos with C1/C2/C3/FI severity codes, automatic photo appendix • Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) — single-signature for new installations and alterations • Electrical Installation Certificate Multi-Signature — up to 5 signature blocks for Design, Construction, and Inspection & Testing • Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate (MEIWC) — streamlined form for minor work • Multi-Circuit MEIWC — up to five circuits on one minor works certificate PURPOSE-BUILT AI Snap a photo of your distribution board. The AI detects every breaker — rating, type, standard, labels — and circuits flow straight into your certificate. No credits, no per-use charges, unlimited use. This isn't a generic AI tool reading your photos. We built our own AI specifically for UK distribution boards. Your photos are never sent to third-party AI services for processing. FORMS THAT ACTUALLY HELP YOU Not just digital versions of paper forms: • Automatic Zs compliance checking against maximum permitted values • RCD validation against disconnection time limits • Ring circuit continuity consistency checking • Multi-board support with sub-board creation from circuits • Practical tips and field notes built into the forms — written by electricians, for electricians YOUR TEAM SUBMITS. YOU REVIEW. Optional review workflow for companies that want a second pair of eyes before mastering. Your team fills certificates on site, submits them for review, and authorised reviewers approve with a digital signature. • Four distinct roles: Super Admin, Qualified Supervisor, Electrician, Admin • Users can hold multiple roles • You choose which certificate types require review and which roles can review • Full audit trail — every action timestamped, tracked, and searchable NO SIGNAL? NO PROBLEM. RhinoCert is built offline-first. Create, edit, and save certificates with no internet connection. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online. MULTI-DEVICE BY DESIGN Android, iPhone, iPad, and the web at RhinoCert.com. Start a certificate on your phone, finish it on a tablet, deliver it from a laptop. YOUR DATA. PROTECTED. Built on Google Cloud Platform with industry-standard encryption. Company data isolated at the database level with role-based access controls. Security built in, not bolted on. Built in the UK, by electricians, for electricians.

What's new

New Multi-Circuit Minor Works Certificate — up to five circuits on one certificate, with copy and paste between them. Board work no longer needs a signal: edits and completions are saved and submitted when you are back online. The PEFC button is now a full fault-current helper, showing PEFC and PSCC side by side. Plus faster sign-up, a Done bar on the number keypad, and a long list of fixes across the certificate forms.
