RheumaTrack is a daily diary and medication tracker designed for people living with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, ankylosing spondylitis, and other rheumatic conditions. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log your daily pain, morning stiffness, fatigue, and affected joints in under 30 seconds. • Track your medications, doses, and schedules — with reminders so you never miss a dose. • Record your medication compliance and see your adherence streak. • Save lab results (CRP, ESR, RA factor, and others) and watch your trends over weeks and months. • Keep a list of upcoming appointments and add notes for your rheumatologist. • Scan a prescription to extract medicine names and doses automatically. DESIGNED FOR REAL VISITS Bring a clean, time-stamped record of your symptoms and meds to your next rheumatology appointment. Your doctor sees what changed, what worked, and what didn't — instead of trying to remember the last three months. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is stored encrypted, served from servers in India, and never used for advertising or AI training. You can delete your account and all data from inside the app at any time.
